Contentment

Contentment Definition: Contentment is a deep Knowing that the negativity of life has been, is, and will be worthwhile

Discontent comes from a belief that bad things exist, and that those things were not valuable enough to justify their existence.  

I cannot honestly deny the premise that bad things exist, but I can honestly change my valuation of those things.
